Our Story

Three Krown is founded and operated by Christina "Chris" Stevenson, who has 20+ years of experience in the Real Estate, Engineering, and Construction industry and has personally invested in real estate assets and development projects for many years.

Her development experience stretches well over a decade, and across two continents. Chris has been dedicated to developing for the world-class life-science developer BioMed Realty over the last three years. Supporting efforts of a large multi-billion-dollar portfolio and millions of square feet under management.

Chris Stevenson is also a licensed architect who has received accolades such as the AIA medal, the Lion's Club collaborating cities award between Lecce and Milan in Italy, and the Sacramento Capitol Mall honorary mention. She has published three architectural books, of which two were under the office of Field Architecture.
